green squares??

What do the green squares under the info of each person mean?? some have more some have less?? some are lit up some are not?? I know its a dumb question but I want answers lol

they are rep.

The more rep you have, the more squares you have. If you hover your mouse over the squares, it tell you what tier you are on.

Each tier is 0.1 chips per word.

So Tier 1 = 0.1 per word.
Ties 5 (largest tier)= 0.5 per word.
