This is a nasty piece of Malware masquerading as an open source spyware detection program which can cause system freezing and other problems.

Ensure your spyware, adware, malware and firewall programs are up to date to avoid installing the Trojan installer which is out there and lurking on a variety of legitimate web sites.

I think the latest update for Windows IE which was in July is a security update and part addresses the problem amongst other things.

If you do have it installed the link below will aid you in manually removing it.
