Hi.....I have been playing on and off at casino grand bay for about 2 years now and I never knew about the bonus codes.....but I also have cashed out over 1200 on 2 free chips I got thru the mail from them and had the checks in 7 days. Lots of casinos have changed the way they are doing promos I have read on different forums about folks that are having the same problem so dont feel alone.
If you go to live chat they will tell you what the bonus is: Monday is usually double points but the other range from 20% to 100%, at least at Casino Grand Bay. I NEVER got a free chip from them in over 10 months of playing there. They do pay quickly and no hassle about bonuses - they just remove the bonus amount from you balance. Just irritating - it seems that they would make an effort to keep regularly depositing players - rather than always trying to chase down new ones. Most people will go back to places that make an effort to keep their customers happy - I won't return to a place that has no concern about their customers. Oh well, I guess it is obvious that I didn't graduate from the Wharton School of Business. Some numbskull, whiz bang came up with this idea - sure hope it works out for them. At any rate, they are Head and Shoulders above ANY RTG I have had experience with. That is a true nightmare. Thanks for the sympathy. On another note, I have a story about a property management company that would send the sanest person postal!!!
Sorry I missed this one! The system didn't alert me when you edited your post like I thought it would!
This is strange and I am not sure why GP would change they way they handle their promotions.
I think you're doing the right thing by deciding to find a place that will better appreciate your loyalty.
I've had good and bad experiences with Grand Priv'e. One Christmas after we were all done with opening gifts and my daughter went to play with the new toys Santa brought her. I didn't know what to do with what was left of the morning so I decided to make a small deposit ($25.00) on Lake Palace Casino. I don't know if it was because it was Xmas or what but anything I played was a winner. Every bonus slot game I played went to the bonus screen. Not just once either. I was betting low to start with and then upped my wager and after 4 hours of having a blast I had won $1379.00. I cashed out $1000.00 right away and played on. After I hit that cash out button it was like the party's over. I couldn't hit a thing and lost what was left in the account. I had a little trouble cashing out. They were using the stall tactic to get me to reverse the withdrawal. They kept on telling me they didn't receive my documentation with my ID and a household bill. I sent it by fax and by email. Only after one of their affiliate forums stepped in did I get my grand after 3 months and a lot of back and forth the same Info. That was my good experience!
Here is my bad!
I decided to deposit $25.00 at Lake Place again. I went to the cashier to make a deposit. I use a credit card/bank card combo and when I clicked deposit it asked me for a password and my card didn't have any password so when I clicked finished it said denied and no money went into my casino account. So I went to Casino Grand Bay and did the same thing and it gave me the same problem except after it said denied the $25.00 went into the casino account and I was all set. The problem I had was even though I only got $25.00 worth the credits the took out 2, $25.00 withdrawals from my bank account. I emailed them, talked on the phone with them, sent them my bank statement to prove it and in the end the called my a liar and said I got the credits but I never did.
You players know as well as I do, When you deposit in your casino account you know if you got the credits and especially know if you lost them.
I don't think I would call either of those experiences good ones! Nice win on the $1000 though - even though it took so long to get the money!
