After all this time and about $2000 in deposits (however, I have cashed out) I deposited last week, went to live chat to get the bonus code and was told I had been removed from the promotions list. The chat rep could not explain why. I sent an e-mail to CGB inquiring as to why I had been removed from the list. I was told that they had outsourced their promotion activity to a "third party" and that the "third party" would be determining who would be eligible for promotions in the future. They had no reply to my question regarding a player's loyalty to a casino. No, this is not a problem, and I require no assistance regarding this matter. There are plenty of casinos out there. Just wanted to give you all a heads up. And, was wondering if anyone else was affected by this switch in promotion responsibility.
