I am going to have to disagree with this. I have purchased All Access prepaid cards/ Green dot, Gift to go... You name one I have probably purchased one. I use them to pay my bills rather that my bank card. But any time you use the cards for online transactions or even phone transactions or should I say any time I have used one I wait approx 1hr for it to go though the system and I get online and I have to register my card. This requires personal information nonetheless most of the places like online casinos require that the name and address registered on the card has to match the name and address of the person. And when I did not register the card the card rejects like it is empty. This is in California!

you are correct lori. i have used them b4 and for online purchases u need to verify your address.
