I dont know if i agree with an outright ban from bap,i think i read something from eej about "a suspension of bap playing priviliges",and maybe a longer suspension second time around and if someone refuses to follow the rules after 3 such suspensions maybe a ban is in order.

Having only read the first post of this thread - Here are my thoughts:

People won't be banned from the BAP for a rule violation - They will be warned.

If it's a regular thing - They will be removed from the BAP (they will of course be able to sell their shares first).

If people have time to play the game - They have time to post the history (it takes seconds and it's right there in front of you).

If you're playing a good game - There shouldn't be many hands to post in the first place.

A well played game will have very few swing hands to talk about.

If you've ever watched me play - You'll see how boring poker really is.

    NDN said it first.

It's great to be a Donk or else poker is boring.

Glo, this is the second post that you have said something about (not needing) BAP members $1.80 or $2.00. In my opinion $1.80/$2.00 is money and if the BAP doesn't need it there should have been a rule for a minimum of 25 or more shares. I don't think it's very nice to say that someone (A BAP Member) is not important because of how many shares they own. I for one only own the minimum amount of shares and truthfully I thought I was being supportive. Obviously I was not understanding it completely but I am still a BAP member and I have been a member of NDN for almost five years now. Nonetheless can you imagine how it makes me feel that my games are so unworthy of contributing because the money is so little, and poor eejit who has offered to play them for me........ Any way that's my opinion on that.

For the rest of this thread my opinion is that rules are rules and these rules have been made in every single one of our best interest! God forbid it should happen but unless you are physically unable to do what should be done than it should be done. Physically unable = had a heart attack during game and taken away by ambulance, child needs emergency care, the power went out right in the middle of your game...etc..... or in other words Acts of God or nature or Karma however you chose to see it but Acts that could not be avoided.

i wasnt talking to you i was talking to asz. he was saying that he wont play if he has to post hands while playing. tell me is that wrong or what. wasnt that a rule we made. also the $2 you are refering to is what he won on a 10 player $2 buyin doulbe or nothing tourney. so basically u come in the top 5 out of 10 and u will $4. he said if we didnt want him winning then he wont play. well i was mad at the fact that he said he wont post hands and that we need to decide on his $2 win vs him posting hands. u need to read the other rail thread he started then u will understand.. has not a damn thing to do with you.

I know you were not talking to me or about me it was just the point. And I absolutely agree with you on the rules. Yes I think he should post his hands there is a reason for posting them and it is a BAP rule. Maybe he has a reason for not doing so, I don't know as I came in on the a** end of the conversation. But whatever the reason he needs to address it. Whether it be he doesn't know how or something else. But just like everyone he too needs to follow the rules. It should not matter if it is $1.00 or $100. That's all!

Just to be clear - My statements about enforcing the rules were never directed at any specific member.
