    Thanks Bugz.. nice suggestions.
I think I will need to be ivem more tight now that my luck is bad..
And not iven beting with KK.
I need only to play real monster hands AK up.. I´ve folded 99 so many times already. I think TT should not deserve a call. JJ 3x BB maybe. QQ 4X BB maybe. KK 5x BB maybe.. and not going All in with AA.. just raising 6X BB max.
So, I have 5 hands to play out of more than 120...
    I hope this strategy works.

I think one saying rings true - all things in moderation.

This is a very addictive lifestyle that most of us live by. I mean, rarely a day goes by where the majority of us aren't hunting down a game, whether it be a buy in MTT, SNG, cash game, live, private freeroll, or donkest (if you can differentiate the two!) It's like we need that to call it a day.

Now, switch gears and think about your job for a minute. When you're having a bad day, all you want to do is leave. Get the hell out of there and tell off your boss as you do it. Even when you're having a good day, you'd rather not be there, right? Why do you think you get days off? To refresh your brain AND your body so you can...........wait for it.........perform up to your expectations.

Apply that logic at this game. Taking some time off - whether a month or even one night - can be great at clearing your head and recharging your system. It's a crucial element that will allow you to perform and add to your bankroll.

haha that happens to the best of us...i barely ever win with AA...it is like the worst hand for me when im in a tournament...it seems that that is the hand that always gets me out of a tournament and im sick of it...but i still just keep playing becuase i like poker and it is not worth giving up just becuase i get screwed out on AA on some of the tournaments or tables that i play in

i know exactly how you feel. my luck is so bad its not even funny, i run bad every single time no matter what the situation or what kind of hand i have it doesnt matter. i have dumped over 2 grand on full tilt poker and have nothing to show for it. i am not giving up though because i know sooner or later my big break and luck streak will happen!
