Putting in 200 to win the 4K in your stack is fine and with his stack, he can definitely afford to blow 200 chips on this hand.

You might want to fold on the flop after getting raised all-in. I haven't played these stakes in a while but I've gotta imagine that he wouldn't raise all-in with a hand you can beat. Maybe a flush draw but that's about all you are beating.
At that stake there are many hands he will push with that I can beat. He could have a big pocket pair that I'm beating, he could have AQ-A5 (excluding A7) that I'm beating. I've even seen pushes with open ended straight draws at that particular level. I would like to change this off of the buy in level and see if there are any more answers or opinions about the odds of him calling vs both the pot and my stack. Anything I could of done differently to change the out come (other than the obvious fold the flop.)
