I'm interested in joining the contest. However, I think that if people are going to put in their own chips, it should be a specific amount or just have everyone put in the minimum of 200 chips. Also, I think we'd have to clarify some of the rules with the lines.
ESPN used to have a handicapping contest (don't know if they have it this year). I think they set the lines on Tuesday and they stay that way. Maybe we should use their lines or agree on a similar system where the line doesn't move.

Also, we need to think about how we are going to collect chips from everyone and then do the payouts. Will eejit or NDN be involved so we can work this out?

I'd also be interested in doing this just for bragging rights.

Monday we will decide how we should do this.
chips transfers are easy and as far as the line is concerned.
I like the floating line idea I had
You can move the line 1/2 point either way.
Once you post the line it is set in stone.
We can all dispute a line and make someone choose another game.

This will be fun
200-1000 chips by christmas is nothing.

This wasn't really going to be an official contest...more of a game between members with chips on the lines just to make it more fun. I trust the other members to pay up after I kick their arses.

I think that is fine as long as there is a way for us to transfer chips amongst ourselves or have NDN or eejit agree to handle this for us.
