    Thanks lilred!!! I have used Netspend since 2006 and I love it!!! I started using Netspend after they stoped netteller on us. When you need to withdraw and they need a statement from the bank you are using, simply go on line to Netspend and print it out. Their cards are issued thru Meta Bank. I have never had a problem.
