I played in this promo a few years back. I never got to sit with the any of the three pros but I was making a big run when I got AA and watched the resident donk of the table push all-in preflop. I call and see his A3 offsuit, which of course turned into a flush on the river. All but crippled me and I was out a few hands later with JJ. If I would have won that pot I could have easily made some good money. Oh well, like the promo says, I got my $27.50 back and it was fun to try. I definitely recommend this one if you haven't played it yet.

Now that they've moved over to cake network, can people for all states deposit and play in these tournaments?
A while back, they told me I couldn't play because I'm from NY.

It turns out I was able to deposit on Doyle's Room and play in this tourney.
I guess the rules changed once they moved to the Cake network.
One thing I would've like more clarification on is who are the bounties in the game.
When I played last night, it looked like Doyle Brunson was not playing.

I saw screennames for MIKE_CARO, HOYT_CORKINS, and a few people that had names started with TEX_

It appears that the bounties have names in all caps with an underscore but I think some of those TEX_ players were not bounties.
    Just a little confusing.

I think the tourney lobby should clearly state who the bounties are or have their names shaded in particular color like FTP does.

they have support bring it to their attention.i think maybe todd brunson might have played and it most definitely be better if the bounties were highlighted and easily spotted someway.not sure if they have live chat but i have found their support to be very helpful in the past

I only played in one of those and if I remember correctly the tex ones are his daughter and son and other close relatives use the TEX sign. good luck playing in it but dont expect doyle to say more than a few words or any, I had his table open when I was playing and he didnt say maybe 10 words the whole time which I understand because the chat was packed with people trying to talk to him all at the same time lol

Do you get 1K for busting one of the TEX people or does it change on a weekly basis?
I had one of them (I forgot which one), all-in with my A8 against 4-4. I got an ace on the flop but they rivered a str8. If I lost 1K because of that, I'd be pissed!
