Isn't that the truth? And interesting to say the least that people put so much time and energy into ripping people off than they would if they would just work for their own money.

Thanks Pokerkitty for the insight on this it is much appreciated!

people will do anything to get some easy money rather than to work for their own hard earned money , the easy way is always very tempting and gives you what you need in an instant but then of course easy come easy go , poof the money is gone and you need to do another scam...LOL

    thanks for the scam info!

All you have to do is get your credit report every 3-4 months. You can do this for free online. No company like "freecreditreport.com" or any company like that.

just go to the three major credit reports agency's. trans union, equifax, and experian. you can request one every three months for free.

i hope no ones gets scam!

yea i know thats why i recommend the three agencies, if you get three a year one from each it will not damage your credit score at all. More than three or by a company will hurt it.

set up by law you can obtain at this website with no damage.

here is a link by the gov. to show you how to do it for free. The Federal Trade Commission's Information on Free Annual Credit Reports

I use the free annual credit check every year. I think you can only use it for free once a year. Things may have changed since I last got my report, but they are great! If you have an old credit acct., 7 years or older, you can dispute it and it will come off your acct. because it is over 7 years old. I have done this and it works with no problems. Easy way to bring up your credit score when these come off the report. Don't be afraid to dispute it's very easy and works most of the time. Stick to your guns and make them at least think you know your state laws. They usually do not want to argue. Good Luck and check it out!
