My current thoughts on all this is, he must have shot someone in self defense. It was on his property. The detectives didn't ask any questions that would lead me to think it wasn't already an open and shut case.
There was no crime scene tape. It looked as though the cops didn't have access inside his cabin. When I was there, they were video taping his inside through the windows.
I think Brazil was threated by a neighbor and he asked them to leave.
They didn't and he threatened that person with his gun and the person must not have heeded his warning. Brazil probally called the sheriff himself. That's the only senerio that makes any sense to me.
I can't wait to sell my cabin next year now. I lost all my good feeling with the place this weekend.
