Default I got a nice new strategy.

Now, after many many bad played hands. Im playing much better.
At least I can reach the money on 80% of the time, and if not, i reach the bubble.

    My strategy is this:
I never call a raise if I dont have monster hands.
And I never raise more than 3xBB iven with monster hands.

Off course I dont apply this every single hand.
If for example I have AA, and someone raise 2X or 3X BB i might raise it to 5x or 6x BB ir iven go all in if my stack is short.

But it is working wonders for me.
It helps me focus on staying, surviving on the game for much longer. Because tournaments is about surviving, so, being tight must be the first rule here. I get bluffed many times on this.
But now I dont bluff as often as I did before.
I get some beadbeat by some donkey all the time also.
Iven on games with higher buy-in than 5$...

You have a nice good strategy going for ya, and throw this one little tip in to help keep your stack neutral when your card dead. In the late position, (when your close to the left of the small blind) If there hasnt been any raises or calles then just raise the BBx3, most the time it works. The few exceptions are if the bb, sb have a good stack, they actually have a hand, or if they are gonna try to donk ya, thinking you have a hand.

this is a very basic and beginners strategy. keep doing what you are doing until you feel very comfortable. then you can start looking for spot and bluffing. you will not win as many mtt by playing super tight. I have played my last four mtt with out seeing a pocket pair 10's or higher. this will happen and you have to bluff to stay in the game! good luck to you

seems to me what you want to say is that you now have longer patience in playing poker. And having more patience and waiting for good hands your playing better and finishing much better in your games. GoodLuck on your games and good strategy.

    Default your strategy

Well your strategy I'm afraid to say is nothing new. This is basic tournament poker. Also like you said you can't say this is what your will do everytime. I'm glad to see you finally learned the basics. There is alot more to tournament play than that and it takes alot of practice to learn. Keep practicing and you will get better and better
