Much less options, no 24 hours live chat, bad promotions explanation. no good info about withdraw?...
It is like a franchise? where the system is the same but the flavor different?

I used Big Bet's live chat support several times yesterday and I received prompt and informative responses.

They have every option (as far as I could tell) that Carbon has with the exception of the transfer feature (which they will have shortly).

The software was excellent, with a blue felted table, and red for the final table, not much different from PDC for example. The winners were 1st: myself ,2nd:sloweddie, 3rd:pokerkitty.
