If forest can be the relentless, fiercly focused warrior we all have seen him be in the past, and keep his head, then he can beat silva. If he does this he wins.If forrest decides to be passive, not keep eye and focus on silva, then he is gonna get slaughtered just like the rest of em. Question. How many times did silva get off a clean knee strike, kick or punch, while rich franklin had his "eye off the ball"so to speak? alot, not to mention franklin was in retreat mode, not challenging silva with much. FORREST, step up, and beat down silva, and you will win brother.

well all i got to say is silva hasnt fought a tougher fighter in the UFC yet. forest will be his true challenge. rich franklin was just outclassed. like forest says u can beat me but u wont break me. also forest submitted shogun rua and beat him at his own game so his jits isnt bad. not as good as silvas but good enough and his stand up game is really good. i think silva is gonna have a long night and we will silva bleed for the 1st time. forest has never come into a fight and not been focused. when he loses its by a good shot.
