    Default Record Low High Today

I can't believe that today is only going to get up to 66 degrees.
It was 97, 3 days ago. Today will be the coldest high temp in Susanville history.
    Brrrrrr
It could snow tonight at 8000 feet.
    It's August people
That global warming is playing tricks with us.

Anyone else have some record temps this summer?

Wow! Are you kidding me. I just looked because of your post and it is only supposed to get to 85 degrees here today. It has been hotter than heck too. I am now trying to be more aware of what is around me and it does seem a little bit cooler this morning. It kind of reminds me of when school just started for a new year and when I got up early, and walked to the bus stop, the way the mornings felt cool. September mornings that's what it feels like. It is a bit early though that's for sure.

Last month, in texas we had record highs almost everyday, with only a few days with below 100 degrees. The normal right now is around 102-104 degrees for the central texas area i live in. However last winter we had some really good snow, which never happens in these parts, so ya the global warming is playing funky tricks on us too. Because of how above normal it gets in the summer, and how below average it gets in the summer, I cant tell wether or not a new kinda ice age is coming, or a time of very hot weather. Either way, I really think there will be some drastic weather changes in the next 10-15 years. Mother nature has done some amazing clean-up jobs in its history and reinvigorated itself, so I am most certain it will occur again, just hopefullu not in our life times, but soon, like before the end of the century.
