There are several players that would love to take a stab at this question.
I would have to say, that poker takes a long time to master and bluffing is essential to winning at poker. Read books and play alot of poker is my advice.

I never blufff and I always bluff.

Normaly I just bluff on a continuation bet, after 2 checks of my opponents with less than 4 person on the table and on late possition.. Otherwise it can be too dangerous to bluff..

Is hard to know when someone is bluffing... Normaly u cant know at all.. Just call the apropriate amount equivalent to your hand strenght...
And try to spot the optimal situation for a bluff, like I meantioned above
    that would do good.

Bluffing is one of the hardest things to get better at, yet one of the most rewarding. The first thing you need to work on is reading your opponent. When you master this, you can master bluffing. When you can legitimately know a range of hands your opponent probably has, you can potential get him off his hand by betting the proper amount. Secondly, become a "table reader", if your table is playing tight, play more hands, and in turn bluff more, if they are lose, play tight. Using this theory i had alot of trial and error at bluffing. Lastly, if you are trying to pull off a nice bluff, i try and always remember one thing, "how would i bet to get my table to think i have a monster?" in short, bet how you woudl normally bet a nut hand...I don't generally bet a nut hand strong mainly because i'll let people try to catch up and i want value out of my hand as well...i learned how to think while bluffing mostly from reading Daniel Negraneu's book "Power Hold'em"...but it didnt make sense to me for about a year after re-reading it...GL you bluffer in training, hope i helped!

Bluffing is an art that takes minutes to learn and years to master. The biggest part of bluffing is knowing when to do it and when to just check it down. The tighter the player the more apt they are to fold a hand to a proper bluff. There are many things that helped me. First and foremost is experience. I've played 100's of thousands of hands and I've slowly started to master the art of bluffing. Another thing that helped me was getting a tracking system. It tells me how often a player comes into a hand, giving me a measure of their tightness. Like I said, the tighter a player the easier it is to bluff. Another thing that helped was learning how to assign ranges of hands a player could play and looking at them vs the board infront of me. This helps you see if the board helps them.

The first bluff move to learn is the continuation bet. Say you hold AQs from late position. You raised after a mid position limper to 3.5x the bb. You get the BB and the mid position limper to call and see a flop. The board comes K 5 7 and it checks to you. This is a great time to make a continuation bet and see if the pot is yours. You bet 2/3 the pot and it folds around. Great "bluff" that picked up the pot.

It's easy to know when to bluff, but it's harder to figure out when NOT to bluff. That information can be the difference between losing a small pot and losing a big one.
