There are several players that would love to take a stab at this question.
I would have to say, that poker takes a long time to master and bluffing is essential to winning at poker. Read books and play alot of poker is my advice.

I never blufff and I always bluff.

Normaly I just bluff on a continuation bet, after 2 checks of my opponents with less than 4 person on the table and on late possition.. Otherwise it can be too dangerous to bluff..

Is hard to know when someone is bluffing... Normaly u cant know at all.. Just call the apropriate amount equivalent to your hand strenght...
And try to spot the optimal situation for a bluff, like I meantioned above
    that would do good.

Bluffing is one of the hardest things to get better at, yet one of the most rewarding. The first thing you need to work on is reading your opponent. When you master this, you can master bluffing. When you can legitimately know a range of hands your opponent probably has, you can potential get him off his hand by betting the proper amount. Secondly, become a "table reader", if your table is playing tight, play more hands, and in turn bluff more, if they are lose, play tight. Using this theory i had alot of trial and error at bluffing. Lastly, if you are trying to pull off a nice bluff, i try and always remember one thing, "how would i bet to get my table to think i have a monster?" in short, bet how you woudl normally bet a nut hand...I don't generally bet a nut hand strong mainly because i'll let people try to catch up and i want value out of my hand as well...i learned how to think while bluffing mostly from reading Daniel Negraneu's book "Power Hold'em"...but it didnt make sense to me for about a year after re-reading it...GL you bluffer in training, hope i helped!
