I usually just quit playing at the particular site, and try my luck at a different site, and if my play is still terrible, i will just quit period, and come here check things out, do anything but play poker/slots/blackjack/ or whatever it s im doing bad at, i will just stop playing. Its the best thing to do. Just accept your loses, cause you will having losing days, and just move on. Dont try to win back what you already lost when you arent winning, or your gonna go broke. Hopw this helps.

When you become on tilt it is not what has happened in the game itself.. well maybe online. It is only the way that you feel. It's all emotional and has nothing to do with what other players are doing. That's what I believe at least. That the word tilt is a means of your emotional output. I have been there many times and it's difficult to not go on "tilt".

If you believe that it is because of bad beats after bad beats than that is the way of poker.. It is the way that it is supposed to happen and the way that it does for every player who makes a living off of the game. The ups and downs are recognized in your own bankroll.

But I am guessing that it is the definition of tilt: to my standards, of make decisions that are not the most pro-active or that will benefit you, or wise by any means. I consider tilt putting your money in wrong and when you know that you are beat or when you simply care.

Im not sure how much this is helping you but this is how I feel about tilt so if it helps you than pay attention to your emotions and your play rather than making a reference to being on tilt. I don't think it exists and if it did than how come the pro's make millions a year?
