Ringo that is not a bad first ride! Pretty darn good ride. I have seen some Sick Mustangs. I have even driven a brand new one that belongs to a friend of mine in Woodland. 2003 I believe it was. It was a convertable, but that sad thing about these is they don't make them as fast as the hard tops. I assume for safety precautions.
Now my dad once upon a time many years ago when I was very young like 5 years old, had a white 69 Ford T Bird Rag top. I remember getting to push the button so the top would come up. Man I thought that was the best thing since McDonalds and Happy Meals. I felt the separation of the socially rich and poor. Cause The shinny cars and rag tops were for the rich and the rest belonged to the less fortunate. Isn't that something. To actually feel such things at such a young age?
My dad being a die hard Chevy man to this day makes that hard to explain but that T Bird was some car. I still can't believe he sold it. But Times got tuff and there were bills to pay. Made me realize the rich were not rich at all but just the normal middle class folk.I love cars! And I have owned some cool rides. Thanks for sharing!
