so in the past 2 weeks, i watched my small bankroll of a leftover cashout on carbon dwindle from 45 down to 15...slowly, whatever, i got most of my money out before i lost...so i sit in a .02/.04 plo table with 4 bucks...lookin to maybe double up and play a tourney for free...while i sat there i played a double ujp tourney wich i must say are the easiest tournies ever, you just sit and wait for good hands and you win...anyways...so i sat, and sat, and sat...all the while i proceeded to have the deck totally sit on my face tonight at the cash table, i turned 4 bucks into 27.50 by the time i walked away. every solid draw i had i hit and got paid off, i setted my aces twice, and won both times, as well as sucking out when i got coolered with KKTQ double suited, coolered by AA79...then BAAM spiked a K on the turn! haha...
Most notable hand tho was 3h5s3s7h I raised to .10 flop 2h 3d 4s...this particular hand i decided to slow play(or play cautious/ take it how you want it) because i felt very strongly about my hand strength seeing as i had a set with a nasty straight draw as well as a weak flush draw...i'll give you a hand replay tho, last to act, i bet 1/2 the pot on the flop(this was my image at the table, i raise 2.5 times the BB and bet half the pot post flop so my opponents couldnt get a solid read on my hand strength)...2 ppl smooth call...turn As...BB bets 1/3 of pot, middle position smooth calls, i smooth call. River, and....WHAMMY quad me up baby! 3c falls on river BB checks, middle position bets 1/3 the pot, i min raise and the small blind snap shoves for about 6 dollars, middle position folds and donates about 2 dollars the pot, and i instacall and am all in, small blind rivered the NUT full boat with Aces full, little did he know because i raised preflop he had no idea i had quad threes, and proceeded to tell me how i'm the luckiest player ever and how he had me beat the whole way....and i told him first off, i had you beat on the flop beacuse trip three's beats a pr of Aces everyday of the week, and then i told him that a straight beats trip aces 24/7, and then i told him that he was drawing to one out 365 days a year and the guy rebought and went on tilt and dumped even more money to me!
anyways, this all happened while i was drunk off wine, and i actually played solid...goodluck on the felt everyone, and goodnight!
by the way, i;m trademarking the phrase, "having the deck sit on my face" MICHAEL HEYDTTM
