Poker software!!

I wasnt really sure where to post this subject, as it is more of an idea then a actual available software. I have wondered a long time about all the different calculators and poker stats software and all the player tracker software that is available today.

One of the most interesting things i have looked for but still havent found, is a software capable of tracking specific hands, any hand really. The idea is to track the win percentages of each hand for say the last month, week or even day. So for instance you see that KK is winning 63% of the time, as opposed to AA only winning 54% of the time for the day, then you know to beware the AA. And the software needs to be a able to track at user specific poker sites, fo instance if you only wanted to know the sarting hands for cakepoker and the stats for hands, then you could pick just that site and review which ever starting hands you would like.

I think this could be a very valuable software tool. Some days it seems like AA will kick butt and never lose, then the very next day it sucks. It would be nice going into the game knowing what the hands are doing statistical wise, that way you know that today AA sucks, but 1010 is great. Has anyone found a software like this, or is there one available yet?

You know how in casinos, they have a tote board next to the roulette wheel that shows the last 10 or so spins of the wheel. They put those there because people will think they can see a pattern in those, and bet when they think they know the pattern, but it's really an illusion? What your suggesting is kinda like that. Aces winning less often than kings in the short term is just variance, and does nothing to indicate what will happen in the future.

Wont some sites ban you from using software like poker tracker and others. Ive heard a couple instances where peoples accounts have been baneed becuase of "innapporpriate poker software". Klink is right about it being kind of an illusion, more a representation of short term variance as opposed to actual values, im sure if you had a bigger sample size (of hands) then the numbers, as they always do, would even out. I figure just dont bother, why get busted for something that u really dont need. Besides, in live games, you dont have a poker buddy to help u make decision, so u should learn to make the best ones on your own :-p
