Default How does a bad beat affect you in other games?

I have played a few tourneys lately at the same time.
This is something I don't like to do but is unavoidable some days.
Recently I took a bad beat in one game and it put me on tilt in the other game.

How do you handle a bad beat and avoid tilting in your other
    game(s)?

    I take a breather.

And it depends on the game.

I won't worry about losing a freeroll or a few dollar tourney, but if it's a $15 tourney or more, than I need to chill for a few hours.

Depending on how deep I was in the tourney.

    And if I was multitabling.

I don't think small tourneys would make you go on tilt as much, but just listening to music zens me, and makes me comfortable enough to continue.

Sometimes, it's just you need to relax and ease up on the poker a bit.

After a while of playing all the time, the heat can get to you.

    You know?
