    well dont get me started on this subject. i know all to well about this with schools and the classes getting over crowded and crap like that. im not happy about it. but then i think well if they dont have funding to keep the bad guys in jail then will they release the non violent offenders? its kinda a catch 22 question. there is no win its all a loss for us tax payers. can u believe they say they will raise state taxes that they take out of our paychecks by 10%. well if could i would move out of cali to the great state of hawaii.
