I saw the banner here on NDN from This is Vegas for a free $50 so I went and downloaded it and went to cashier to claim it but it was not there!
So I opened an instant chat window with the casino and asked how I could get the $50 and they said they didn't have any no-deposit offers for new players at this time.I then copied the link to the banner I saw that said that,and sent it to them.All I got from them was a bunch of B.S. ! They told me they weren't in control of what others posted on the web and that the banner may be outdated or expired.I told the woman that was false advertising and she should have it taken down and it fell on deaf ears.She acted like it was not This is Vegas problem and said it wasn't a banner made by them or placed on the NDN site by them.
NDN is this true?? Don't GOOD casinos make sure that all their banners are updated and current?? or at least TRY ?

Anyway, don't waste your time with this one.

Well before you get overexcited you might need to ask ndn and see if the no deposit bonus got changed.

Yelling in chat at a This Is Vegas employee might have not been the best idea, but if you have a problem with the casino and don't want to use anymore there is a simple solution.

You are able to uninstall the casino from your computer hardware and just don't go there again.

It will work itself out though.

Just pm ndn, if you have more specifics, you don't want to share with the forum.

The banner is my banner (they don't have control over it and they can't take anything on the NDN site down).

They do have a $50 bonus and I will follow-up with them today to see what the problem is.

Kaci you're a genius! I don't think that in a million years I would have thought to uninstall the casino if I didn't like it,I mean Gosh,where do you get such original and unique ideas?
Do they just pop into your head out of the blue,or do you concentrate really hard on the problem for hours before it comes to you?
Oh, and I think you may have misread some of my post because I never said I yelled at anybody from the casino.What I did say was that I felt it was a load of manure that they were trying to hand me about the banner on NDN,but wasn't really sure.
So that's why I was also posting(I think you missed this part too)because I was asking NDN himself if what the woman from the casino told me was true,that they really didn't have anything to do with the banner being placed or updated.As it turns out,I was wrong in my assumption that the casino would want and/or make sure that something advertising their casino/company name would be kept current and be accurate and therefore reinforcing their reputation as an honest and truthful casino.
But I guess you can learn something new everyday,and boy did I get schooled today!
So remember boys and girls,try to get all the facts (by asking questions)before you rush to judgment about what somebody is telling you,because you could be wrong like I was today!!
