Um, wow. This sounds like a bad episode of CSI or something. I cant believe all of this happened to your father.... House was bugged, set up by an informant.... didnt think this kinda stuff happened in real life. At least not in any tangible way... I dont even know where to begin... 3 years in folsom??? Hes gotta be like 50 at least right?
I've only seen that kinda sting (hitman is actually a cop) on television cops and chit like that.... thats gotta be some kind of entrapment, right?
This is just another example of how the American legal system is corrupt and inefficient. I swear it just exists to put a collar on people; you cant hit somebody no matter what, or youll go to jail. You cant take care of things yourself, you have to do it through the law, and if you dont, it'll cost you. Itll cost you no matter what! Thank god the insurance company actually covered their costs for lawyers and chit (if im reading it correctly). This makes me freggin ripsh*t, if youve ever read any of my posts, than i think you can understand. I wish people like this a*hole that sued your parents, were in jail or dead. It makes my head hurt, when i think of how the world actual contains people like this. Guy is nothing but a two faced leech, as well as all his other "accomplises".... i could keep going but i prolly should stop.
Ill just say thank you for sharing, and for whats its worth, im sorry it had to happen to you and yours.

Man that is not the way to treat your nieghbors folks lol. I cant believe your dad actually had to do time over a freaking fued with the nieghbor. Lets just hope they dont run into each at the grocery store any time soon. As far as the sue happy idiot goes, maybe there is something that yall could sue him for, like intentional defamation and blackmail. I cant wait to see you guys on judge joe brown fighting it out in small claims court over who ran over the mailbox. If i was your dad i dont know what i would do, probably just sell the house, move down the street, and try to find anything low down dirty and shameful to use against this guy, plus tell whoever buys the old house whats going on and give em the heads up.
