    ok so no milk for navuta when we go on our camping trip.... jk...hes so easy.... I will look into this stevia..we use the pink stuff...also murrays cookies and bluebell no sugar added icecream. no sugar pudding mixes are good but u have to make them with milkl(why!!) ok so do they make a sugar free evaporated milk or dry milk or condenced milk.. i know that can take out the fat seems like taking sugar out would be easier

    They do have a lot of natural, no sugar added foods as woohoosue said, even like peanut butter and stuff. I'm not sure about the sugar amount in this either, but have you considered soy milk? It might still be pretty high. And as someone else said I'm not sure that natural sugars are as much of an issue as artificial ones, but I'm not diabetic so I wouldn't know for sure.

    Wow, I don't know any foods with out a bunch of sugar in them off the top of my head.

    I'd do a google search for "great tasting food for diabetics".

    Or something along those lines.

    I didn't pay attention to milk enough to realize it had sugar in it, but it's a processed drink.

    I'm sure it does.

    I'll even google for you ringo.

    Hopefully we can find a great solution for everyone.

    Splenda is perfect what you are looking for.

    Acquiring a taste for foods without sugar is easy, it just takes time. Everyone can become adapted and make normal of anything over time.
