I am 49 years old and just found out yesterday that milk has sugar in it.
A gallon of milk has 192 grams of sugar in it.
My wife is diabetic and we need to watch her sugar intake.
We shop for items with little or no sugar in it, but are finding it very difficult. FN everything nowadays has sugar.
Please help me by posting good tasting foods with very little sugar in it.

We need all the help we can get.

We do use splenda and cut out fruit juices.
