so just played the community freeroll got in 106th 100th pays. I was getting frusterated didnt have any hands for like maybe 50 hands in a row had 23000 chips i finally call with 67 suited bc i was mad at getting no hands. I catch a seven and lucky donk calls my bet with **** and hits. I was soo pisses all that for nothing. Mustve played for 3 hrs. Thats why free rolls arent worth it you play for soo long and end up in the bottom bc you get no hands and the blinds are goign up and up till your out.

this sounds like the UB one you poste or was that someone else? I just responded to one so similar to this earlier today....ok we need a freeroll clinic...... eej get right on that...ok? um look up UB freeroll bad beat thread and listen to my response in their it would be exactly the same.

During these periods try to bluff in the late position. If your in the late position and it get around to you with no one calling or raising then that is a good time to try and bluff some pots, take the blinds and keep your stack nuetral until you do get some hands. Of course this tactic wont work every time, and sometimes you will get someone who actually has a hand in the blinds or who reraises your raise forcing you out. But for the times it does work youll last a bit longer until you do get something you like playing.

You can't get too down on yourself too much for losing a freeroll. To place that high in a freeroll is good. Play it 10 more times and you will be sure to at least cash. It sucks in any tournament to sit there for a couple of hours and then place just below the bubble. And that is okay. Trust me, I get so frustrated when it happens to me but if you continue to play well and accept the fact that you may not cash and you may spend hours doing it, you will win happily. At least you put your money in bad rather than having a bad beat to exit the tournament. I think that is the complete worst. Because you know you played well, and you are left with a bad beat.

3 hours for nothing is not nice.. but is nice to play for free anyway..
