    Default NDN BAP question

I have done some ivestments myself in the NDN BAP program. I have 15 shares so far but plan to get it up to 100, A nice lofty goal for now. So my question is this.

Lets say for instance i currently hold 20 shares, currently valued at $1 apiece. there is a total of 200 shares, so that would make my stake holder percent around 20% I guess, my of the top of my head percentages suck, so if this is wrong correct me.

One of the players picked for a game buys into a $11 dollar 50k gaureenteed, and takes down first for 20k or whatever the going rate is for first in that event.

How much would each share be worth then? In a situation like this, wouldnt the value of shares go up substantially?

you can cash out this share at the end of the month! for a nice 4k if the Bankroll was still at 20k. your shares then are wroth 200 a piece!!!

    not a bad invesment!!!

Yeah, the bankroll increases with 65% of each cash.

So if its $200, and it gets to $2k. Your shares go up 1,000%.

If i remember correctly, 65% of a win goes back into the BAP funds, so that

would kinds throw off the straight up 100% equation. I am going to have to

get my notpad and calculator out for this one. But this is why I think it is a

good time to buy shares, because once a big win like the one i suggested

happens, shares at this point are gonna be exspensive, so right now would

be the perfect time to invest in this. Also if you have 20 shares and you

want to cash out or sell a few shares, you can make a decent amount and

still have a good stake of 18 shares.

well i was just speaking theorically. if you mean my mathmatical figures, ya they are probably wrong lol. I just know 10% of 100 is 10, so 20 of 200 would be 20% right? If you mean for fact speaking, that i am a 10% investor as of now currently, then thanks for the info.

So u always use a calculator program?
    I used to use also..
But I think I play better without it.. I dont really know why..
I guess that because I dont stick too much to the math but more to the felling and timing...

So is the BAP going to be played by all members of NDN, or is it going to be played by someone specifically? The way its sounding to me is that everyone is going to alternate stakes and all the winnings will go into the one prize pool we all share. Am i understandin correctly?

All investors will have the oppurtunity to play with BAP funds, and 65% of the winnings will be put back into the BAP funds, with the winner/winners keeping 35% of whatever they win.

Also the players will be chosen randomly, and no one person will play twice until everyone investing has had the oppurtunity to play.

Is it going to be certain tournaments that are played, and the person will be drawn randomly; or does the person who is randomly drawn offer up a stake that is then agreed upon by the group?
Regardless, I'm stoked for it, this is only going to be beneficial for everyone whos involved. Knowing you got 20+ people railin, and routing for you, definately gives you more motivation. CANT WAIT! I wonder what it'll get up to before we begin? Any guesses?

Just to be clear. Only the investors will have the opportunity to play.

So if you'd like to play and be a part of this, you will need to invest in some shares.

I think eejit101 posted a set of guidelines as far as what games can/will be played.

it starts first or second week of august so unless we get some very generous amount of shares bout, i would say in the 500-1k range. Im thinking that tournament with the most profit turn over per buy-in will be the ones played. For example instead of a $100 buy-in to a 50k event, find one with a $11 buy-in to a 50k event kinda thing.

I will monitor the BAP and I will likely continue to invest a lot more before the first round begins.

that was my plan exactly, 1 a day and if i can get more i will. This is really the best thing to come along since sliced bread, and it could end up being one of the best things on the net as far as poker invesments go.
