So the Cops Got Invovled

Alright like i was saying last night before bed. Last night my fiance went to

her parents house. Her older brother is in a lot of debt and he moved in with

her parents to save money and try to get back on his feet. She was over

there and on her cell phone and her brother was being loud and she asked

him to keep down. He gets pissed and take the phone out of her hand and

slams it on the table breaking it.


So she shuts his laptop on him and he snaps on her. He breaks the dinning

room table trying to get to her and when he does he takes his laptop and

starts beating her with it. After about 3 hits her dad finaly justs in. He was

aiming for her head but she turn and had her hand up to block it. Well after

a few mins of yelling she went down the police department and filed a

report. After the cops left her parents house from talking to him he calls us

up and tell us we better hide. This guy is crazy and sees now wrong with

what he did. I glad i was there because i would of got my a$$ kicked pretty

bad sticking up for my women. The dude also has the nerve to say she

broke his laptop and we owe him $900. I think he is crazy and we aint

paying nothing. How can he prove she broke by closing it on him. I mean he

was beating her with it. How do we not know he didnt break it then.


Anyways this really upsets me cuz a man like him should be locked up for a

long time. Anyman that lays his hands on another women shouldnt even get

a chance to breath the same air as me. One day he will get his own and i

hope i am there to enjoy every bit of it.

sounds like my family lol. But seriously, I think, and no im not stcking up for

his stupid actions, he is probably under alot of stress from having to live with

the parents, got no money, they probably always beetching at him to get a

job and move. He may be having some mental issues, and someone should

stick this guy in a clinic for a while, get him on the right track. I hope that

your old lady is ok, and no IMO, she didnt break his laptop, but he did break

her phone. Guys like that are just gonna gt worse if they dont get help in a

treatment center, so unless you wanna round up a few buddies and go rough

him up some just stay away from the guy.

BROTHER's I'm glad mine are younger and love me, lol... but my advise is get a bigger buddy of yours to pay him a visit when there's nobody around. Make sure you and your girl are out in public and about his laptop, break the next one he buys.

It's wrong that her own brother would do that out of anger and break his parents stuff after his parents taking him in but I think that situation was completely out of hand. I know that if any guy tried to hit me and my dad was around, he would break his arm or neck.

I'm not saying that you are a bad person or anything like that because it is her brother but that seems out of control to me. My dad would not have that in his house.

What made him so upset anyway? (if you don't mind me asking)

With the computer, it should be in the police report what he did and the destruction of the computer right? I'm positive the judge would rule in your favor.

well the way the law is in ny its only harrasment due to the fact she was cut

or hurt. she turned her shoulder into it so he wouldnt hit her face. i talked

to her other borther ho was there and he was saying that the other brotehr

was trying to hit her in the face with it. i mean i dont say i wish she was

hurt but i really wish that ahole was locked up. i was talking to my fiance

and this has been going on all her life. he has pulled her over a fence by her

hair when they were younger. i understand they are family but no man should

every every lay their hand on a female no matter what the problem is.

You're right about no man should ever hit a woman. Its a proven fact men are stronger that women and my own personal opinion it the only thing that makes it equal between a man and woman is a gun. I have never been hit by a man and never intend to. Your woman has let this go on for too long and the family has not helped her out. Its up to her to keep her brother out of her life if she feels so threatened. If he does hate her, she does not need to be around him. There is a fine line between love and hate, sanity and insanity. Family or not she needs to take care of herself and make a choice about how she wants and continues to be treated. Have the family come to your house for visits or go there when he is not home. Avoid him at all costs.

well if i was there that would be the best *** kicking i would have had. i dont care how big or anything when it comes to my wife and kids. yeah he might be crazy but he is talking out his *** when he says u better hide. eh bro ill be honest if he does do what he says just make sure u always lock the doors and dont open the windows and make sure they are locked. keep a phone always near you and always look out to see who is at the door at all times. u got ur life there and what i mean is your family. just be safe and and fall into any traps such as him demeaning u. brush it off. if he attempts to enter your house by force then by own means protect your family. well good luck with it and dont worry i think he is blow smoke up your ***.
