Very nice place Ringo, I hope you can get your money's worth out of it! I too wish you all the best!
And no disappearing on us again without telling us what's up! Bad doggie, no woofs for you.
Now 9144 Dixie Valley Road, this is the neighbors house, correct? And you are going to post pics of your place later, right. Because this is what I thought you were saying. Then as I read further it looks like everyone thinks that the link you posted is the link to your cabin. Well anyway this place is beautiful.
How much distance is there between neighbors? I know you mentioned that you had a couple of neighbors, when we were talking about a party. (just invite them and all is good) To jog your memory. But from the looks of this place it does not seem like neighbors are really that close.
When you decide to put yours on the market next spring, are you going to list it for $200,000 or are you not sure about that?
It looks like a pretty good neighborhood, so I am curious why you and your family don't just live there. As opposed to renting. Maybe kids and school?
Maybe NDN can buy it as a summer resort for himself... And he can rent it out during the winter. Then we can all gather and party with him in the summer. Just a thought. Maybe if he's very rich he can.
There are 120 lots of 2 acres to 100 acres in a valley 4 miles long.
We have 3.6 acres and our neighbors have trailers. The house for sale is
8 lots down from me. google earth the address and go north 1/4 mile.
We can't live there because no snow plowing up there in winter.
Also some rough roads in and out. They are paving 1 rough section of dirt road this summer. We are at 6000 feet and 45 miles from work.
That's why we don't live there. We did our first year and almost died when we got 5 feet of snow over night. We had to be rescued by snow mobiles when my SUV hit a snow drift trying to get out.
