i think its important to be patient until the blinds start affecting your stack. i find it best to just keep your stack just large enough for an intimidating all in.If you find your stack getting low and no good hands are coming make a position bet on the flop or try to steal the blinds. The most important thing I think is to keep enough chips to be able to play the flops without having to call for most of your stack.Make moves when you have to so you dont get blinded out!

I really like this style in a turbo. Even though I hate turbos I might play one and just try this because I think its good advice. I gotta play patient!
