    Default YIPPEEE I did it!

Finally after months of stress and long long hours I'm now unemployed. YIPPPEEE. Was a long tax season this year and it was CRAZY. All those days of listening to the stupidest comments ever, getting screamed and cussed at, then hugged and praised finally paid off. I'm so excited now that I'm laid off I can start my summer holidays of doing nothing and catching up with my social networks. but now i don't have an excuse for not unpacking fully. I moved June 1st and am still yet to decorate my house. Well guys/gals i'll be online a lot more now, don't get annoyed with my comments EVERYWHERE, lol and I'll finally be able to make the poker tourneys. And if you didn't notice i was gone, I'll be seeing YOU on the felts, LMAO!

I think it's nice to have some time away from the madness sometimes too though

I go back to work at my office in January. I have a bit of savings but in Canada we if get laid off of a job and have so many hours we qualify for Employment Insurance which pays you every 2 weeks, something like 75% of your wages you made with your job. As for the fall/winter months, I'm just gonna sit back, relax and hope my home business takes off. Then I'll just work one more year for my employer and then be self-employed. But I'm so EXCITED about finally having time off and being able to sleep in... also found a beautiful place to go camping, right beside waterfalls, i can't wait!

It sounds like you have a plan you're going to enjoy! Take advantage of it. Like the song says, all we have to do is live and die. Welcome back, we need some more players in the chips tournament. Camping by a waterfall would have such a comfortable, calming effect.

I do taxes for a few people here so I know how you must be happy it is over if you do them constantly during tax season. Taxes can be very stressful. Take it easy on your time off and enjoy it!

well unemployment is a great thing with the free pay you get but still the

hassel of looking for a job everyweek and getting phone calls backs saying no

we dont need you or your to qualified for the job or we can hire you but only

pay you min wages and give you 20 hours a week. enjoy the time off and

    make the best of it.

That's what I was thinking. I didn't think you were really happy about it.. That's why I laughed.. (I like dry humor). Just make sure that you are trying. That's all you can ask for.. besides your best.. right?

    That's such an odd post.

    Especially in these finanacial times.

But I know everyone had told you.

Or everyone is going to tell you that so I won't.

Even though I kind of just did.

    I'm excited you are happy.

And go decorate that damn house already.

It's been waiting for 7 or 8 weeks almost.

We generally don't get annoyed with comments everywhere.

    That's what makes NDN, NDN!

Communicating with each other and having fun.

    And yes for the NDNPT.

Happy that you will be making them on a more regular bases.

That's my goal, to make them more, but that's the end of my drabble.

I meant all of it from my heart and I'll see you on the felts.

BTW, Awesome screen name, never seen it written like that for an online username.
