Default How much is too much poker

I was wondering what you guys think about how much time if you have it and don't have to do anything else or its your job should someone spend playing poker every day before you game starts to suffer from tiredness. Im sure it's different for everyone but I found if I play too much I can loose all the winning I made that day. I also found that the second or third tournament I play in one day I play alot worse than the first or second. So I believe there is a certain time one should play and then call it quits for the day or your game will suffer. Let me know your limits. Mine is about 8 to 10 hours. More than that and I really start to loose focus.

enough poker is when you start to lose. i playe donline for over 30+ one time and it killed me the next day. made money but was very tired the next day. but if i start to lose then i know its time to go ahead and quit. most people dont know when to quit and i been guikty of this myself but you got to find that voice inside and quit.
