Default top pair vs a flush draw

How would you play top pair on board vs. flush draw? A question about this I always have and it comes down to fold equity.. If he puts you in do you call? where's the debate here?? I mean if you need a double up and are risking your tournament on it would you call? What about if you have a comfortable stack..The reason I ask Is that alot of Beginners do not think of what to do in this situation..Who is the actual favorite here? Holding top pair I always try to bet high enough to get the draws to fold and if the price is right, I will call a bet with my flush draw. OK, Now what about donks? What would you do playing a donk? Leave answers below. you know a donk is going to call any bet with a flush draw against your top pair so what do you do playing top pair against a donk with a flush draw and you don't feel like betting over 25% of your stack everytime your faced with this decision..Thats my actual question.

ill get it in every time vs a flush draw, as long as i have their overs matched, and they dont have any open enders or 2 over or anything.

Get the most money in ahead, (e.g. TP vs 9outs on flop). Even bet the farm.

If i had a farm, id bet it too. Farms arent doing well coz of the economy, so if you can get the gross worth of your hard in cash, go for it!

Someone sell me a farm and ill double it for ya. Like an amoeba. 1... is 2.... is 4...
