I assume that you have found your soul mate when the two hearts become one.

When you stop yearning for love.

When you cry together. Or feel the pain of each other.

When you finally know that love is not just a word,

but the actions show it, and let it be heard

When the two put one another first with out thinking about it.

I am not really sure. But I would love to find out.
