    Default Your Heads Up Stratagy?

Mine is to annoy my opponent by slowing down play then speeding up, toss in some all ins and some check slow plays and show a few cards.
    Lots of toying and deception.

I hate it when some one does this to me

That sounds like a very good strategy maybe I will give it a try sometime. I have played against someone heads up who plays really slow and i dont know if he was doing it on purpose or if he had bad connection but its really annoying.

i am with eejit. i am very aggressive from start to finish. i will also mixed up how i play hand also. heads up you cant just play 1 way imo. you play the same style the who time you opponent will pick up on that and crush you.

I changed my game 3 times vs tay in the first HU game, as the first 2 didnt work. Third one did, till i got moved! Then i just wet all trappy, then vs sue back to agressive, till she hit AQ vs AK:(

Id have to say that heads up is definately the hardest style to play in my opinion, or maybe its just the worst part of my game, either way Id rather be at a nine man table any day of the week. The quality of hands u play goes down while the amount of hands you play goes up, just seems counter-intuitive to me. You gotta make rereaise with weak aces and maybe make some push's with small pairs like tay was saying; youre definately playing the man more than you re playing your cards. I find that i play well for most of the match, try to make a move, and then get shortstacked :-(. But the HU matches that i have won, ive always played the same way. I palyed tight agressive, i played very slowly so i could maybe get him to make a impatient move, and what i think is key, i always bet in certain incriments, like, Ill bluff with the same amount that ill raise when i hit top two or something. All ins and huge bets go out the window for me in heads up. Im practically always betting the same amounts so my opponent cant get a read on me. Still, id say that hands down, HU is the hardest game in poker.

I play hard and fast. Re-raise, then all-in. Or Re-raise, fold.

I only played HU once. Won 1 game, and lost 1 game though. It is the hardest game of poker to play, I agree.
