    Default Being the bubble stinks

    Yesterday I ended up on the bubble three times. Once in a winner take all I got 2nd. The winner got 60 bucks and a 60 dollar entry into a 25000 dollar tournament. Man I was so sick I almost puked. Then I got 39th in a tournament that payed the top 38. Again I was sick. Last in a little freeroll that payed top 10 I got 11th. Somedays you just have to forget about. This was one of them. Tell me all your bubble stories Id love to hear them maybe it will make me feel better. Being the bubble sucks. LOL

    I was in a tourney a few months ago and top 50 paid.
    50th place was $75.
    I had a huge stack and was easily in the money.
    51 players left and I am in SB and get KK.
    I rased and got reraised by BB with more chips than me.
    I call all in and he has AA and I finish 51st.

    You got to know when to hold em and when to fold em.

    And when you get BH slapped

    Fold KK if your on the bubble like that. Especially if cashing means alot to you.

    As for the origional post....

    Your obviously playing hands wrong too close to the bubble.

    Do not get involved in pots with weak hands, or even big hands, if you are that close and folding one hand will win you money.

    depends in on you chipstack. When getting close to the bubble is a great

    chance to build your stack even bigger. People play so tight on the bubble

    its easy to steal blinds. Ringo i feel bad for you and losing the way you did

    but its a big no no in my book to challenge someone with more chips then

    me, when we both have big stacks on the bubble. bad things always

    happens when i do that. better to lose a few chips and still cash rather then

    losing all you chps and being the bubble boy.
