    Default The T. O. Show

Terrell Owens, former Dallas Cowboys team member has been filming a reality show for what seems like forever, but the show is ready to go, and will air on VH1, July 20th.

Not only does the program feature a very ego driven T.O. but will also feature his best friends and publicists, Monique Jackson and Kita Williams.

Anyone going to be watching it.

Here's a link to the preview, and I can definitely say I'll be watching.

    I'm excited for it.

T.O. can be very entertaining, so I'll probably tune in every now and then. I love his personality and he has a great smile too.

I'm not gonna lie, I love the bad *** factor he has, and the I rule/own the universe thing is pretty appealing to me.

I was always a pretty good girl and wanted to change the bad boy.

That's why I married my husband, lmfao.

I just wanted to remind every one that this is must see tv.

It starts tomorrow on VH1 so be sure to set your tivos.

    It's gonna be great.

All the drama he causes is what I like about him.

But I don't like his play on the field.

But then I guess it's a good thing his show isn't really about that.

    Really.

See I've watched the five minute trailer and even though he whines, it's well produced.

By well produced, I really mean over produced therefore, the mocking quality of the show will be over the moon.

    I'm totally excited.

I just need and ICE-E and Popcorn and I'll be ready to go.

That's basically what all reality television shows are though.

    And I'm female.

That almost always makes me want to watch it.

I'm glad you said you hope I don't choke.

For a minute I thought you said the opposite.

That you hope I do choke.

I was going to be angry.

But all is good, and I just set my tivo for T.O.

    That rhymed.

    Anyways. 27 hours to go.

    But who's counting?

It starts tonight so I just wanted to bump this thread so people could watch it.

I think everyone should at least give it a chance.

We could do a review on it or something else.

Can you tell I'm really excited?

    I love reality television.

Funny to see how far hes come since the catch he had from young in the playoffs at the end of the game to win. Definately was a great game and catch and all that, but it was only to go to the super bowl, so it wasnt THAT big of a deal; he caught that thing and was ballin like a baby. Showed great heart, great effort, showed he really loved the game. After that, it went to his head like all the big talking recievers. He just reminds me of a kid clammoring for attention, look at me! look at me!. I remember seein him on cribs; nobody in his house, no gf, he lived alone, coincidence?? Its always about him, no matter where he is. On the field, in the press room (thats my teammate :*( ) and now off field, its all for an immature need for attention. the show is just another play at it, and not to take away from anybody thatll watch the show, but i certainly will not. Its not that what he does is really THAT bad in the scope of bad things; but the attention grabbing immaturity irritates me more than anything. I dont even wanna humor it at all, cept for posting about it

See, I like the fact that he's a whine baby.

That way it's more easier to make fun and crack jokes about it.

I can understand that. The same way I like Phil Helmuth :-p. He whines and cries, but some great stuff has come out of it ( "this guy cant even spell poker" prolly my favorite) I think it just irritates me in the same way that someone constantly talking over u when u say something. I dont know why exactly, but me personally; thats one of the most irritating things someone can do to me :-p.

This is the exact analogy I should've used earlier, but it looks like you beat me to it.

I mean Phil Hellmuth, I can't stand him one bit.

I think he's overrated and over reacts to everything.

But espn will put him on the wsop because he is a pro and because he is someone who will say things like "How good did I play the hand? How good did I play the hand? Of course I played the hand like a ******* genius, that's what I do."

It's rediculous but it's Phil and T.O. we are talking about and that's what they are all about.

HAHA. Finally i was the first to do something other than lose .

And targetguy, i love your cynacism . Hes asking for trouble with this kind stuff. I hope hes doing his dance in front of camera and hurts himself, messes up his contract, adn can never play again. I wouldnt shed a single tear if i never saw him in an nfl game again. Kinda sad but he asks for it. He even one ups the one uppers. Tony romo bringing his hollywood girlfriend to the conference championship, after moonlightin with her the past days, media swarms all over him and he gets asked the q's at press conferences. TO cant handle it and pretends to cry in front of cameras.... sigh. Now that im thinking it over in my head, TO is WAY worse than Phil. Phils actually won a championship, and he did it by himself; so at least he has some credibility. better than never winning nothing, and claiming your the best :-p

    The T.O. Show Review
    ___________________

First the introduction was all about his ego, but showing us his good side at the same too.

His line, "This is my stage, it's where I make the impossible, possible," is probably the most egocentric opening of a reality show ever.

Well aside from the one liners from Bravo's Project Runway, but this is the sports section and I won't go into that.

It starts out March 4, 2009, with him hearing the news on the television that he would no longer be A Dallas Cowboy member.

The News Reporter makes a great crack at him, "San Francisco, Philly, Dallas, none of them are happy endings. Who might want him now?"

Next, it's time to call his publiscists. Basically this is just so they can have an introduction into this over-produced reality show, called The T.O. Show.

Then he talks about Pablo, his always been there big brother type but the truth is he is just an overpaid body guard who is forced to listen to his problems.

Then his friends/employees get taken out by him, he paid, for dinner, and they pretend to listen to his opinion, when they try to earn more money and get him to move to L.A.

Then there is a great commercial break which I appreciated at that point.

I love reality television, but not necessarily, the over produced, and mass marketed crap.

And then the show comes back and his employees can't find him.

They find out via text and on the news that T.O. got signed to an one year deal to Buffalo.

Then they do the most hilarious dance, "T.O., Let's go, to the snow!" which got repeated 8 times and danced too.

Then there's a jump, skip, and a hop, with a bit of a plane ride, and they all show up in Los Angeles.

And at the airport!, he can't find his bags at all, for like forever.

He had to give his number, well his body guards number, to the security because they lost his baggage.

He says his house better make up for the hassle that his bags getting lost made.

And we see him stuff his face with something that looks disgusting.

Men eating are not cute at all!

And he's a flirting with the real estate agent. And the real estate agent is being "sexy".

If you are interested in watching the rest of the show, here's the link where you can see it.

    Full Episode | The T.O. Show | Ep. 101 | The T.O. Show: Full Episode 1

I don't think I can review the rest of this show, because it's not something I am liking doing but was just doing for your benefit.

It was much better just to watch it and mock it than to write about it.
