I love cheesecake- pumpkin cheesecake in the fall is yummy! Also chocolate chip cheesecake- hell, pretty much any kind! One of my friends from high school used to call it "queso-cake".

Because that is how you say cheese in Spanish. But you already knew that didn't ya Tay?
