what is a quality post??

I would have to say a quality post is somethiong that someone is gonna read ad take something from it, wether a luagh or useful info. Im not upset that the rep thing happened, just a little perlexed as to who or what gets repped power. I just kinda go with the flow and write whatever sometimes, just let my fingers do the magic.

The promise of more chips for posts in the future is alot better promise that getting an IOU from the state of California.
