    Default Any Omaha Players Here

I love playing the cash games. i promise you can make so much money playing this if you take the time study the game and understand what to do and not to do. A few things i would suggest not to do is raise with aa in your 4 cards. if you do this your telling everyone at the table you have at least an AA in your hand. Same goes for watching others betting pot preflop. 95% of the time they have AA in there hand. Also if your on a draw and it not the nuts draw then it might be best to fold. Chances are your drawing dead. Dont try bluffing in this game. it wont work like in holdem. your just throwing away your money if you try it. your not dumb if you fold 2 pair or 3 of a kind with a paired board. also if 3 of a kind is on the board then you might want to fold if you dont have quads or a decent full house. There is a ton more out there to learn about this game but trust me if you study this game and understand it you will make a ton of money. the difference between holdem and omaha is holdem takes balls and omaha takes brains

Im the complete opposite. I have way better rankings with omaha hl as opposed to just omaha. I wish the opr was up so u all could check it out. High stakes limit om hl is where ive made at least a quarter of all the money ive earned online. I dont know about that omaha balls thing, lol. Both take a certain degree of both, it really just comes down to the same things in my opinion. You just have to use a little more brain power to figure out the odds.

PLO is a great game. Hi and split. You are certainly right about bluffing in a 4-holecard game, and releasing light draws. There is little fold equity in LLPLO. Furthermore, any given holdings have a proportionally less lead you may have correlative to the relative street. For instance, in PLO AAKK DS vs essentially any mixture of semi-coordinated (not 2222, xxxx etc.) is in a favorable position, but not nearly as dominant as AA vs 72 in NLHE. This provides for an easier route out of a trailing position. This is a general, yet often subconscious, justification for getting it in behind, and thus significantly limits fold equity. As for AAxx, the best approach is typically in a manner to isolate a large pot, which is subjective to table nature. Good luck out there.
