so it's confusing to see what you find appropriate for positive rep therefore I do not think you should have rep responsibility.

So how does something amusing contribute to this site in a plus rep qualified manner because just because it was funny to you doesn't mean to everyone it was, therefore it's wrong to rep positive just because you laughed at something.

What i find appropraite to give rep to, and take rep away from, is exactly the same as what NDN does. I dont need to justify this, but i will. While he will stricly do the casino section, we will both do the main forum.
