Regarding Myself

Its recently been brought up that there was a couple of issues that needed addressing, so i shall address them, and reiterate some other points as to my time here.

• I Can in no way assist on chip transfers, or anything bought int he shop. NDN is the only person, and will remain so, that can credit you for those things.
• I can not award you chips for anything. I can set up promotions, but NDN is the only person that can pay them out.
• I have no control over the chips syste whatsoever. I cannot give myself chips, nor take them or give them too others.
• I do not get "given" chips by NDN for anything. I earn them in the same way as everyone else.
• I cannot assist you with any problems on the site, change any codes, or anything like that. I also cannot assist with any casino/poker disputes, however i am knowledgable on the subject, and will happily give advice.

Those are all things which i cannot assist with, however....

• I can edit posts. If i editing anything that isnt obvious, i shall PM you with a reason. If anyone has a dispute with anything i have done, please PM me or NDN, preferably both.
• I can delete threads/posts that are spam/abusive. Anything like this will also be referred to NDN for further action
• I can create promotions and chip events. All the rules are done by me, and i can do various things. As said, i cannot pay them out.

If there are any further issues, please let me know.

I think it's unfair of what you can do actually.

That's my personal opinion and have already pm'd ndn about it.

I'm not trying to start sh*t on the forum but you can effect someones rep level and just because you don't like someone you can say there post is negative and doesn't reflect anything making their chip level down even if they are truly helping and asking important/relevant questions and answering other's on the forum.

That's what I think is unfair because sometimes you post the most ridiculous threads but it seems like you get praise from it.

I just hope this doesn't get deleted because it is relevant and yeah. It's my opinion and that should be allowed on a place like this.

I can affect someones rep level that is true. I will not do it on a whim. I shall negative rep a post if i feel it is needed. I hope that occurance shall never arise.

And im struggling to think of your last post i can actually +rep for you....

The idea of this is to reward members who contribute and stay on the forum and post.

If you post, and occasionally have some interesting or intellectual or even just fairly decent responses, you will get reputation. The reason for negative rep is the opposite, things which are detrimental.

From what i can see you have recieved no rep of any kind yet. But this only started today and so far i have given reputation to one person. They deserved it IMO as it was possibly the most amusing post of the week for me. I have obviously been trusted in being able to give reputation fairly, and thats what i intend to do.

so it's confusing to see what you find appropriate for positive rep therefore I do not think you should have rep responsibility.

So how does something amusing contribute to this site in a plus rep qualified manner because just because it was funny to you doesn't mean to everyone it was, therefore it's wrong to rep positive just because you laughed at something.

Eejit101 is the closest thing to a moderator that this site has. He has been a member (and a friend) for 5+ years now and I greatly appreciate all of the things that he does around here for me and the other members.

I trust eejit and I respect his opinion. I know him to be a fair person and I expect that he will be fair with regards to the reputation system.

Eejit101 knows that he is not "above the law" with regards to the forum rules and I don't believe he would do anything to jeopardize his status here. He knows that I am a fair person and I would remove his "power" just as quickly as I would penalize any other member.

With that said, can we all cut eejit101 some slack? He does more on this forum than I do in a lot of instances and I think he deserves some respect for that. He helps out for minimum compensation and I greatly appreciate it.

He might be blunt sometimes, but that's not always a bad thing. Just remember that he's a good guy with good intentions (even if you take some of his posts the wrong way).

Lilred - Eejit101 made this thread after he and I were on the receiving end of some unfair accusations earlier. It was definitely a good idea for him to post this thread.

And no, eejit101 is not ndn, and ndn is not eejit101.
