If you sign up at a casino and bet your own real money ( you deposit and play ) then they have the right to call and leave recorded promo's and specials "just for you exclusively" as much as they want.I have gotten so many of these that I called a few casinos back and informed them that I had signed up for the "National Do Not Call List" that prevents any telephone solicitation of any kind, but the one loophole is if you have purchased a product from a company in the recent past (I'm guessing it's around a year maybe two,but I am not sure about this part)then they can do telephone solicitation calls to you EVEN if you are on the NDNCL.
I found this out after Cool Cat Casino and I had a very heated discussion about the very frequent calls from them letting me know about the weekly/daily specials and me threatening to sue the **** out of them, and the guy from Cool Cat laughing and telling me I couldn't do squat. After that I double checked with the NDNCL website and found out the S.O.B. from Cool Cat was right.
The Cool Cat calls keep coming 2-3 times a week and you can bet the farm I'll NEVER deposit at that casino again!
