Default How should I have played this hand?

A 4 here would save my life.
The blinds were very bid already...
    Not many options...
Did I play the hand wrong?

Thats so bad i cant begin to describe it.

    Prflop - push or fold.

Flop - WTF are you doing? Its a gutshot. Fold out, or bluff it.

But this is either a preflop raise/push, or a fold.

    Argh!

Very true... I played very bad...
I should have pushed him to death...
I mean... a 76 would not go to a 4x bb raise... But I had not many chips to try this move.. Anyway.. you are right.. Thanks for the advise.

I would go allin preflop and make them decide what to do. You would love to see them call when they are dominated by your ace6 until the board hits your opponent.

Yea you should have been out of the hand post flop.
I'm not sure why you called his bet on the flop after checking.I can understand if you were trying to pick up a hand but you needed runners to get a straight or to hit an Ace.

    On the flop
you had to assume that even if you called and hit your Ace
on the turn, you might not be good. He could have easily had two pair there I think.

Best action would be to muck on the flop. Even though the blinds were high, it would be better to wait for another hand then to call away with nothing.

Impossible to say without knowing chip stacks. If youre short push, if you have a decent size stack in relation to blinds it's a different story.

personally i would have folded. i dont know if i would have pushed preflop due to me not actually playing and seeing how he plays hands. u should have folded. its not worth the risk with how hight the blinds were. u need to read the plkayers b4 u play. i would have played if it was maybe a suited A9 or higher. but i would have raised at least 3 times the BB.

How do you know how high the blinds are if you dont know what size his stack it? Am I missing something obvious where he posted this info?

To clarify, I mean how high they are in relation to his stack, which is really what matters.

I think I had 40.000 chips and him a little less, around 25.000 chips.

Thats another statment that I should Have raised to 16.000 preflop.
    Or just fold it.

But i think folding at that stage, having a much better hand would do the job.
    But whasnt on this case.

well did u see where he posted the pic of the hand. he attached it and it tells u what the blinds are. as for knowing what his stack was vs the other guy i thought navuta had more because he wasnt booted for losing hand. if u read back i wasnt sure what the guy had or how he played. this is just the way i would have played. u got any more questions.
