well thanks so much for lowering the buy-in limit FOR ONE WHOLE DAY

SO I AM SHORT STACKED --WHY DO YOU FEEL THE NEED TO KEEP ME OUT OF A GAME ??
Is my small stack not good enough to try and win ??
Or are you afraid of a little competition??
I personally think it's the latter,otherwise why would you SAY you were lowering it,do it for one day --AND THEN GO BACK ON YOUR WORD AND RAISE IT AGAIN????????????????????

You would only have 5x the big blind. You would pretty much be all in or fold every hand. Just keep posting and you will have 300 chips before you know it. Hope to see you at the table sometime.

WELL at least if I do post something it will be the same everyday after and wont be changed just because somebody might have to go all-in almost every time.

wow, whats the deal with the flood of self-righteous a holes, telling ndn and eej how things should be??? The NDN chips are a privelege, the poker room is a priveledge, the wii, the concert tickets and poker money are priveleges!! I'm not really that vested in the site, say as much as eej or ndn, but even being "on the outside" seeing posts like "youre going back on your word ndn" or "eej doesnt like me so he takes my chips" makes me irritated. This is crazy, between the chip game being infiltrated, which i only read about, and posts like the ones from ImD, i dont even know what to think... I guess ill just say thanks for everything ndn; ive gotten great poker advice and tips, free money, and too many laughs to count, all for something id be doing with my time anyway. So thank you again, the site and the ppl have been nothing but helpful, nice, and down to earth.

well there is always a complainer. there has to be. it was just a request. no harm no foul . i chalk it up to them just wanting to play thats all. and ndn your doing a fine job and so is eejit. lol had to throw his name in there or he would be butt hurt.

While I appreciate your interest in playing, I would also appreciate if you would consider how other people might feel about it.

Our blinds are 10/20. If we were to allow you to buy-in with 100 chips, you would have five big blinds. That is an extremely short stack. When you consider that at this time of the day there aren't many people in the game, it's an even shorter stack since you'll be a blind nearly every hand.

While this might be fine for you, it won't be for other players. No one wants to play someone who goes all-in every hand (which is basically what you'd have to do with 100 starting chips). It ruins the quality of the game.

No one is afraid of the competition - I am certain that everyone welcomes as much competition as possible.

For the record, I never went "back on my word" about this. I had the limits lowered during the test phase (which we are still in) and I found that those limits simply weren't feasible.

It doesn't take more than a few quality posts to earn enough chips to play, so I am not sure why this even a big deal to begin with.

Please be mindful of the other players and not just yourself.
