Pot odds. How much should I bet?

Hello. I fell that one of the mistakes I was doing was missreanding the pot odds values.
As I know is:

If I have a top pair for example:
dealt T8

the flop comes T74
Im last and everybody checked , 4 players.
How much should I bet? 1x pot , or 2x pot? Nothing?
If people has 2 pairs and slow play maybe Im lost.
The odds people will get something varies, if someone has 89, would not be clever to call iven 1x, pot be might gamble it.


Where can I find some nice info about pot odds?

I am so bad at pot odds lately so I can't even answer. I have a hard trouble with betting at all though because I seem far too agressive.

Pot odds are used for calling preflop and on the flop with draws and whatever.

What your talking about it bet size.

u dont bet out on pot odds. like eejit said its either a call or a raise. dude u really got to read more. to not know pot odds tells us where u are at in poker knowledge. look thru the forum and read the threads that at are made then u will understand. bad post. lol
